It is virtually impossible to reliably take representative samples from air and moisture-sensitive reactions, reactions at elevated pressure or sub-ambient temperature. Highly toxic reactions present additional challenges. In addition, sampling reactions with precision can be is challenging, especially for heterogeneous and multiphase reactions.
The unique patented EasySampler probe enables the capture and immediate quenching of reaction samples at the point of sampling and at reaction conditions, to provide a sample representative of the reaction at the time of sampling. EasySampler samples from the same point in the reactor, into a pocket of fixed volume and includes solids in the sample. Solids dissolution begins immediately, with the quench and dilution steps, delivering dissolved samples to gain representative, reproducible and accurate analytical data.
Three probe lengths, 213 mm, 333 mm, and 453 mm, offer flexibility to use EasySampler in reaction vessels from 10 mL up to 6 L.
